All orders received before 3:00pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders after 3:00pm EST are shipped the next business day. Passes are shipped via UPS and usually arrive within 2-3 days. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O boxes. Delivery time for most standard orders is 2-3 business days unless otherwise requested. International orders can take between 3-7 days.

If your order includes any paper rail documents and your booking is more than 14 days in advance of your departure date from North America – you will receive FREE SHIPPING. Simply place your order online and we will take care of the shipping for you. Offer valid on UPS standard 5-10 day delivery. Free shipping on qualifying orders will be applied upon check-out.

Status:
You will receive two emails from Eurailnet.com. The first email will notify you that we have received your order. The second email will be sent to you as soon as your order is completely processed and will also contain a tracking number for your rail pass. To check on the status of your shipment click on the link that will be included with your original e-mail.
