Eurail Drive Pass
|
The EurailDrive Pass gives you the opportunity to explore 17 different countries, traveling from cities to countrysides to villages and hamlets. You'll combine train travel with your own rental car, so you can use the train for longer distances, wake up refreshed and ready to get in your own car to explore surrounding areas.
The EurailDrive Pass gives you 4 days of train travel and 2 days of Avis or Hertz rental car in or between Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. - Special fares on high-speed
Premier trains such as Eurostar, AVE, Thalys and Artesia.
- Free or discounted travel on
river steamers operated by K.D. German Rhine line on a number of routes on the
Rhine and Mosel rivers; .
- Free or discounted bus travel on the
Europabus lines for the Castle and Romantic Roads
- Free or discounted travel on
regular paddle steamer service on the lakes of Geneva, Lucerne and many other
Swiss lakes (a complete list of bonuses is included on the complimentary map
that you will receive with your pass).
- Free map and timetable.
Restrictions:
- 4 days of rail and 2 days of car
in 17 countries within 2 months. Up to 6 additional rail/car days may be
purchased.
- Children (ages 4-11 yrs) pay 50%
of adult fare.
- Small automatic available only
with Hertz only in major locartions.
- Small automatic not available in
Finland, Greece, Hungary, IReland, Norway, Sweden and Spain.
